Tomorrow, my brother and I leave Seattle nice and early for a road trip to San Francisco. I rented out a car and this time around, made sure that I didn’t end up with the HHR again. I got a nice looking Ford Escape and I really like it so far. The car (or SUV rather) handles really well for it’s size and feels great to drive around. Maybe I am a little biased now that I drive a huge SUV but I almost ran a red light today because I thought I could (with great big SUVs, come great ego).

If everything goes well, we should should reach San Francisco sometime tomorrow night, get done with our Schengen visa interviews (for Spain) Friday morning and start driving back late Friday. We are planning to camp out for a couple of days in northern California and Oregon area on the way back and taking our supplies with us. That reminds me that my brother got a new road bike for himself (which we are taking on the trip as well)
