Long Day

It been a long one so far. I had a midterm, 2 projects and career fair to go to, today. The projects kept me holed up in the labs for about 10 hours straight until turn in. I’m really starting to like C programming and am currently playing around with some socket programming. Good stuff.

The coding run was followed by a food run on the Ave at 1 in the morning in a Chinese restaurant with an interesting food menu. It was great to see kids partying it up on the roads after all the bar runs while my friends an I were lugging around backpacks with big books and laptops. I’m starting miss things that I’ve never done in college.

Who said Computer Engineering wasn’t a lifestyle?

Eye. twitch. not good.

My eyes have been twitching for the past 2 days and it gets really annoying while taking a test. So I came back home did a quick search on the internet to find a cause and here is what I found -

Why Does My Eye Twitch?

Eye twitches can be triggered by a variety of different factors. Some of the conditions that cause eye twitches are environmental, some are physiological, and some are psychological in nature. Below is a list of some of the more common causes of eye twitch:

  • Fatigue or lack of sleep CHECK
  • Over consumption of caffeine CHECK
  • Physical or emotional stress CHECK
  • Anxiety or phobias CHECK
  • Brain damage or other neurological disorders I HOPE NOT
  • Associated with temper tantrums (especially in children) UH?
  • Eye stress associated with extended viewing of the computer screen CHECK

Damn …and I think my eyesight’s gotten worse too….. :(

Sh*t ….. part 2

So how do you do well in 2 classes that you absolutely hate and don’t need??

Simple, epic fail the first, get angry, drink lots of coffee, water, study all night like you got nothing else to do and ace the second test. Unfortunately, you will have to fail the first one, but you at least made up for it….

23 hours to freedom…. feel it..
